Pacific Regional Dialogue on Energy Transition Investments and Finance

Attendees will engage in high-level ministerial and multi-stakeholder dialogues focused on mobilizing investment, improving access to finance, and accelerating renewable energy deployment across Pacific SIDS. The event will feature ministers, heads of regional organizations, development finance institutions, investors, utilities, and industry leaders discussing pathways to strengthen energy security, enhance project bankability, and scale implementation. Participants will contribute to shaping Pacific SIDS investment and finance priorities for COP31. The dialogue aims to adopt a Pacific SIDS Statement on Energy Transition Investments and Finance.
