Terms and conditions

By registering you agree to wear your badge visibly within the conference precinct, to follow the directions of conference staff and security officers, and to observe the Pre-COP31 code of conduct. Badges are personal and non-transferable.

Accepting these terms

You accept these terms when you tick the agreement box at the end of the registration form.

Your badge

Your badge is for your personal use. Please do not lend it or give it to anyone else.

If your badge is lost or stolen, please report it at the accreditation desk as soon as possible. We will cancel that badge and give you a new one.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Any changes will be published on this page.
