The session brings together Pacific leaders, development partners, the private sector, and civil society, to explore how the climate finance architecture can better respond to Pacific realities. The session will highlight practical pathways to mobilize and scale finance, strengthen climate readiness and develop innovative financing instruments that support country and regionally-led climate priorities. The session aims to generate actionable insights for a climate finance architecture that works for the Pacific. At its core, it asks: How can the region move beyond traditional public financing and build a financing ecosystem that better catalyzes private capital, philanthropic resources, blended finance, & other mechanisms to scale action?
